Wow, I haven't written anything here in awhile. Been busy investigating new interests. Turns out I've decided to buy a Harley! Took a class and obtained my motorcycle license a couple of weeks ago and now I'm waiting for my 2005 Softail Deluxe to arrive!!!! I can't wait. I'll be posting my riding thoughts and experiences soon. Wish me luck!

Well, Resa, did you get your softail Deluxe yet? What color scheme did you get? I will be getting mine next year. Ordering up at the end of december. Gonna get the two tone chooper blue and pearl white. Please post more if you got the bike and let us know how you like riding!
Yes, I picked up my deluxe on August 11th. 3,800 miles later and I am finally back to my blog. I'll post a picture of it shortly. Let me know if you have specific questions about the bike!

I see ya got the bags on. What kind of pipes did you get?
Reason I ask is..I will be getting vance and hines Big Shot Staggered's on mine. Vance and Hines told me that none of their pipes will accomodate saddle bags on the Deluxe, and I aint givin up my Deluxe no matter what!
Mine will be two tone blue and pearl white. I'm interested to know how ya like the ride. Obviously with 3,800 on 'er you love it! No garage jewerly for you!
